FIRE INSIDE YOUR BONE
One thing that God want to do through this timely message is to turn you to a power generator and make your life an oasis in the desert. Heaven is crying and God is still lamenting saying “who will I send and who will go for me”. Unfortunately, this present generation is full of story tellers rather than power demonstrators. The people of the world are completely tired of ordinary gymnastic on the pulpit; they want to see the God that answers by fire. Believe me honestly, God is announcing vacancies in heaven.
It is high time you allow God to turn on His fire in your life, break free out of poverty, come out of stagnation, cast out devil, heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and become a carrier and a demonstrator of God’s power. God is looking for men and women whose words will cause commotion in the kingdom of darkness and drag souls to Calvary. Men and women who have apostolic attitude and anointing and whose presence like Elijah will cause God's enemies to bow by force.
God is looking for believers who will speak words that matters in hell and in heaven and who will send all these herbalists, fake pastors and prophets on a compulsory vacation. Men and women whose presence will bring instant conviction in the heart of sinners and they will immediately sense the need for the Saviour.
It is not enough just to preach a nice sermon; making people happy with sugar coated words; they must see the miracles which bear witness that we are preaching the truth and the resurrected Christ. Where are the oracles of God, the mouth piece of the Almighty God?
People are no longer interested in preachers who tell stories in the name of preaching but like Peter, Paul and John who wielded the gospel with notable signs and wonders. They broke Satan’s back bone and the people lament “has God come to us in the likeness of men”. There are billions of people all over the world who are plague by strange and difficult problems and God is looking for believers who will walk with Him and wipe away tears from the faces of men. People are tired of hearing empty words; they want to hear the words that come from the very heart of God. Every thing on the earth answers to power and fire. There can not be any other substitute. Praise God!
Entertainers and ordinary motivational speakers who do not have the power of God evident in their lives will soon become irrelevant because the real needs of the world can only give in to the raw power of the Most High God. Friends, it is time to be a power demonstrator. Many pastors and ministers complain of not having much members in their Church and that poverty have refused to let them go; it is because the real power is lacking. It is time we all know that it is not only postals and hand bills that draw crowd to our meetings, travailing and prevailing with God on our knees do.
“In those days, the multitude being very great and having nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them, I have compassion on the multitude because they have now continued with me three days and have nothing to eat”.
Mark 8: 1-2.
Imagine! Four thousand people staying with Jesus for complete three days and do not feel hungry. They did not plan to fast neither do they give notice of their staying for three days. They were not tired or weary. That thing that kept the multitude for that long with Jesus is nothing but power. Isn't that great and incredible! Nowadays, people get tired when the Church services linger than 2 hours. This is because that thing that draws men to the master is lacking- power.
Sometime ago, we had a 5 days gospel crusade somewhere in Kogi State, Nigeria and on the 3rd day, I preached on the message titled “Freedom for everyone” with my main text from Mark 1: 40-42. A man who had been using crutches for years was healed instantly. Though, the man was far away from the crusade venue, he was hearing us through the sound system. He said that as I was praying for the sick, the power of God came heavily upon him and the crutches fell off his hand. When the people saw the great wonders of God, a crowd of people came to Christ and God was glorified. Hallelujah!
Most of the time, what we hear on our pulpits is dead preacher with dead messages preaching to a dead Church. The divine compelling force of attraction (the anointing of the Holy Spirit) that draws the heart of men to the Lord Savior is missing. The first Church was birthed inside fire; then how come we have become so powerless that even unbelievers are now making fun of our God? This is heart renting!
A preacher without the Holy Ghost power evident in his/her life will die reading history and not making history. God want us to be fire vomiters. My friend, for how long will you continue to go round in cycle; get on fire and people will come and watch you burning. Your ministry will never grow beyond where it is now until it is completely engulf in the fire of the Holy Ghost. Hey! That is the only way of escaping spiritual and ministry decadence. No power/fire; no ministry! God wants preachers with power!
By the special grace of God, I have received untold numbers of notable miracles from people who read my books ranging from several years barrenness disgraced, eyes problems vanished, the yoke of late marriages destroyed, seasonal pains disappeared, serpent of frustration and deprivation gone, sicknesses and diseases vanished, demons screaming out of their victims, stubborn problems uprooted and above all lost souls find their way to Jesus. To God alone be all the Glory, In Jesus name (Amen).
I have heard believers complaining of how fake pastors and prophets have embedded our nations. Yes! It is true but it is high time we stop complaining about this, let us go and get the real power of the Living God and as a matter of necessity when the real power collides with the false/fake power, the real one must prevail. He who warns against false miracles should produce real miracles. Moses did! Elijah did! Peter did! Paul did! And so we must do! It is time for us to move in the realm of power and be like Elijah who said “if I be a man of God, let fire fall”. And fire fell.
Take the miraculous out of Christianity and all we have left is empty and dead religion. Without power, ministry becomes a burden and making impacts will be extremely difficult. It is the only way out of poverty. I have made up my mind a longtime ago that I will not join the back wagon of story tellers or entertainers but be a mouth piece of the Almighty God. I do not want to just be reading the history of the heroes of faith, I want to make history.
I'm not only talking to Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, Apostles, Prophets or Church workers; no, this message is directed to all believers whether they have the call of God into ministry or not.
Stephen and Philip were not called into the ministry as some of us claim to be; they were ordinary men chosen to serve tables, yet the Bibles says;
“And Stephen full of faith and power did great wonders and signs among the people”. Acts 6: 8.
“And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spoke”. Acts 6: 10.
Philip preached and there was a great joy in that city (Acts 8: 8). These ordinary men gave the devil and his agents' serious headache. They were spiritual trouble makers. Peter who once denied following Jesus because a small girl said “he is also among them” was the same person who after receiving this Holy Ghost power looked straight into the eyes of the Governor and the elders and said “For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard” (Acts 4: 20).
It is easy to deny a theory or a story but nobody can deny a proof. The council said “we see the notable miracles, they are so real that we can not deny them (Acts 4: 16)” (paraphrase).
If the people can not tell by your singing, preaching, teaching, writing; they must be able to tell when they see power in demonstration. I am yet to see anyone who touches fire and do not know.
My dear friend in the vineyard of God, I want you to make up your mind that from today you will become a fire brand for the Lord.
